Short Bio

Debora Puglia si è laureata nel Luglio del 1999 in Ingegneria dei Materiali, presso la Facoltà di Ingegneria dell’Università degli Studi di Perugia. Dal Novembre 2000 all’Ottobre 2003 è stata titolare della borsa di studio per il corso di Dottorato in Ingegneria Industriale (XVI Ciclo), Università degli Studi di Perugia, sviluppando il tema dal titolo: “Sviluppo e Caratterizzazione di Materiali Compositi a Matrice Termoindurente Rinforzati con Fibre di Origine Vegetale”. Dal 2000 al 2012 è assistente al corso di Tecnologia dei Polimeri, inoltre nel periodo 2004-2011 è docente a contratto per i corsi di Biomateriali e Materiali per Biotecnologie dell’Università di Perugia. Dal 2004 ha tenuto corsi per Master di 2° Livello in Scienza e Tecnologia dei Materiali per i moduli di Tecnologia dei Polimeri e dal 2005 ha tenuto corsi di Bionanotecnologie al Master Europeo in Nanotecnologie dei materiali polimerici. Fino ad oggi ha partecipato a oltre 30 Congressi nazionali ed internazionali ed è co-autrice di 70 lavori pubblicati su riviste internazionali, è inoltre revisore per riviste scientifiche internazionali nel campo dei materiali polimerici e compositi. Ha partecipato a progetti dell’FP6 e del FP7 in qualità di referente tecnico dell’unità coinvolta. Attualmente è ricercatrice a tempo determinato nel settore scientifico-disciplinare ING-IND/22 – Scienza e Tecnologia dei materiali.
